How do I place a catering order?
Add items to your cart, submit event details, and we’ll reply to confirm availability and send an invoice for payment. If we have any questions, we'll reach out to you.
How much notice do you need?
We typically require at least 3-days notice to fulfill catering orders. However, please do email us if you are in a pinch and we'll see what we can do.
Is there a catering minimum?
Our catering minimum for delivery is $200. We can often accomodate smaller requests such as Giant versions of our meals as long as you are willing to pick it up.
Do you offer the Giant meals for pickup?
Yes! Use the same catering request form for a Giant meal pickup.
Do you deliver? What’s the delivery radius?
We deliver within a 10-mile radius of either location, but we may be able to accommodate you if the radius is a little farther out. You can also pick up to save the delivery fee or if the total is under $200.
What are your catering pickup/delivery times?
Catering times are...Delivery 7:00am-10:00am and Pickup times are 9:30am-1:00pm on weekdays and 9:00am-1:00pm on weekends. If you are in need of a different time then please email us at groovybiscuitsatx@gmail.com and we'll see what we can do!
Do you offer Vegetarian or Vegan options for catering?
Yes! Our regular buttermilk biscuits and white pepper gravy are Vegetarian, and you can also build your own Vegan biscuit buffet by adding our Vegan products to your order.
Where does the delivery support fee and tip go?
We operate catering on a model where a specific single employee comes in early before their shift, or on their day off, and fully makes your experience come to life. The delivery support and tip go 100% directly to the employee who prepares, delivers, and sets up your order.
